I'm making an Overpowered Isekai 5e game. Think, overlord, how not to summon a demon lord, The Rising of the Shield Hero and much more. I'm making a list of cheats and giving them a point value. The players start with 20 points. the cost of everything still being worked shopped but there to show relation to how it will be done. You can take anything multiple times until you spent 20 points. 1 Extra Ki:  Your ki points increases by 2. 1 Extra slot: You gain one extra spell slot in your daily allotment, at any level up to one lower than the highest level of the spell you can currently cast. 4 +1 level beyond the starting level. 4 Ability Score Improvement +2 5 Points extra Feat 10 Points  18 in one stats 10 points: Bless by Luck, you can turn anyone d20 roll, into natural 20. You regain this ability when you finish a long rest.  10 points: Luck stealer, you can turn anyone d20 roll, into natural 1. You regain this ability when you finish a long rest.  16 grimoire (One spell of each level you can cast once per long rest) 20 start with a Relic 20 Perfection, all your stats become 20 after racial bonuses. You always roll max HP and advantages on all dice rolls. what I'm asking you if a list of cheats you think would be cool, this game will be a beta so I'll test all of them and see what works. players should feel insanely strong.
I'd change the extra ki to +whatever of any class resource (excluding spell slots obviously) since a couple of classes have unique resources. Maybe something to give spellcasting to non-casting classes or give people spells they wouldn't otherwise have access to. Or something to combine spells or maybe homebrew them? 5e already staples a wizard to just about every class, no reason not to lean into it.

My suggestion would be this: Just like in point buy you can subtract stat points (lower a stat) to make points higher for another stat. So I would also suggest adding penalties to gain small amount or extra points in this system you made. Again make it small amount and make penalty equal the points gained. Edit: Even if OP game. Never hurts to have little bit of flaws brings out good rp. And allows other players to take up the slack.
This is really cool, maybe you could have a cheat that allows for determining a caster's spell casting ability? (Such as choosing to use the INT mods instead of CHA for a player playing a bard.) Also, maybe something that allows you to use the abilities from other subclasses in line with your main class? (For example being able to take Assassin features when the rogue has already decided to subclass into the Thief subclass.)  Also, I agree with having some way to gain more cheat points for taking flaws or disadvantages. Like how in shield hero the shield hero is almost universally hated, you could give a few extra cheat points for accepting that flaw. Or maybe the hero is actually stuck in a slime's body and can only take a humanoid/their original form for short periods of time. There's a lot of funny anime trope-flaws you could have that make it more interesting in play and can give each of the character's more flavor.

Maybe get the benefits of the multiclass without having it take up a level?
thanks i'll try to apply all that on my cheat list. I would have to make the flews a list aswell to make sure what you lose is equal to what you gain.
Don't know if I'm late on this, but how about giving the players an option to purchase a class feature rather than just feat? It gives the players an option for a way to multiclass and pick specific class feats. Although, I think the price of this option should be higher than normal and maybe restrict class features to one of the same level as the character.
