Game rollback not working

Hi, I am having an issue with my game. After the last session I went to update one of my characters tokens, and in the process managed to replace their whole bio with "Loading..." because apparently that's what happens if you edit a sheet and save it before all the info has loaded in which is kind of stupid. I've tried rolling back, but even going back past last session I am not seeing anything change. The chat log of a new character being created only days ago is still there as is the new token despite me rolling back nearly a week. After some searching of the forums I found a post saying that large games could fail the rollback. I am really hoping that there is a workaround here that will allow you to retrieve my players old sheet because she had put so much work into it.

Usually in this circumstance, you would need to email the Roll20 team ( team@roll20.net ) and ask for their help in restoring the game. Due to the holidays, most responses are slower than normal.
Yeah, I have sent an email as well. I worry that by the time I get a response the opportunity to roll back will have passed :(

The Roll20 team have a slightly longer window, I think, than subscribers.
I really hope so! You have no idea the effect that statement had on my heart. I am desperate for a solution here!

Hi Rahz - Unfortunately, I scanned through our system and was unable to find any emails from you. Would you mind sending me a direct message with a link to the game in question, please? I'll keep a close eye out for your message we can investigate as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
Hi Nicholas, I sent you a message with a link to the game. I also double checked my emails, it definitely says it sent to team@roll20.net Hopefully you get one or the other soon.
