Department H has asked Alpha Flight to step in and investigate a hazardous mining incident in Manitoba on the zinc mine site of Roxxon Minerals, Incorporated. Something strange has occured but Roxxon is being hush about the details preferring to handle the incident themselves. It has been 16 hours since the accident and people with loved ones who had been working at the site have not received a status report in all that time. While Roxxon sites a pretty ironclad agreement with the Canadian government that they have the rights to privately handle security within the area, Department H feels the potential risk to Canadian citizens and national security outweighs what was intended in the Roxxon contract. Before the Canadian military roll in, Alpha Flight is sent to investigate and determine the threat level. This is a roleplaying storyline limited to six sessions. It isn't an ongoing campaign. There will not be a scheduled night to play, but each session will begin at either 8:30pm central time or 9:30pm central time. Each week I ask the group of players about their availability. If all or close to all can play a certain night then that's the night we play for that week. If there's a week in which there are not any good dates then we'll postpone until the following week. However, the goal is to at least play every other week and not have a gap longer than that between sessions. The characters are pre-generated and are from the comics. There will be 16 characters for the players to choose from. The group size will be six players. We're looking for three more players to fill out the group.
