Charactermancer not working for specific characters

I wanted to update a baddy npc for one of my characters but the sheet won't finish downloading. The character is level 19 and when I go to finish it will stay on this screen and not change. When I exit out the health will change but nothing else. Is anyone else having this issue?

When I exit out of the page and reopen, her health updates but nothing else does.

This happens in only one game for only one character. She is the only one I notice to have this problem

Greetings, Typically I see this hangup when the Charactermancer tries to apply the data to the character sheet and something is missing on our end. Would you mind if I copied the character? If you're okay with this could you PM me the name of the game she was made in? I am not 100% confident that the issue is with the data but its my gut instinct as an experienced  troubleshooter .
