Campaign Deleted by Roll20?

This morning one of my players woke up to find that he'd been removed from my customized version of Hoard of the Dragon Queen and asked me about it. I did NOT remove him from the game, nor did he click 'leave'. I then discovered that my entire campaign was gone, poof, vanished! I then discovered that I'd gotten an email from roll20 tech support on a query I'd made regarding subscription funds. Here's the time line of events and I'm hoping that a solution can be found because I've spent literally weeks (and my players and I, months playing) this campaign and to have everything wiped out in a blink is just crushing.  Timeline: 6 months ago bought Tyranny of Dragons and began customizing a Hoard of the Dragon Queen campaign Players and I played this campaign without issue for 6 months.  was gifted $150 for xmas 2019 for subscription Thought these funds could be used to buy a source book/compendium/adventure paid for the Monster Manual, but when prompted for credit card number, I assumed it was just in case the subscription credit wouldn't cover it saw my card was charged and MM was added to account. Sent an email to support (ticket  1988  ) asking if there was someway to move the sub funds to be used for my wishlist added monsters from the newly acquired Monster Manual to the campaign we'd been playing for months DM'd my normal session last night as usual without issues This morning I edited the campaign and made tweaks 20 minutes later I get an email from support saying they'd refunded my card purchase and also informed me that there is no way to move subscription credit funds to be able to be applied for books/compendiums/etc Campaign is missing, players can't access it, and it no longer appears in their 'games' section any longer.  Double check my account and the campaign is missing from my account as well, however all uploaded assets from my customization were still present. So, basically, I'm looking to get my campaign restored, even if it's without the few monsters I'd placed from the MM into it. Also, if the removal of the MM is what caused the campaign to be deleted, I didn't get any warning about it.  Additionally, I still intended to purchase the MM, even if it's on the original credit card, my query ticket was only to see if there was a way to move funds around.  Anyone got any ideas about this? Roll20 support is my campaign (and it's extensive customization's) gone for good? HALP!

This will probably need to be resolved via email, since it concerns account info, but I have sent a missive to the Powers That Be of your situation.
As a follow up to my above post. I didn't explicitly ask for a refund for the MM, I just wanted to move the payment method from one to the other. I feel the communication might have been misinterpreted as "I want a refund" when what I really meant was "I want to pay for it with Sub funds not the card, but if I can't, just leave it on the card".  I still want and need the MM so even after this is all settled, I'm going to re-add it to my account. But for the time being, I just want to figure out what went wrong and what I can do about having the campaign restored, even if it means re-charging my credit card.
Keithcurtis, I understand and thank you for the response!
Hi DjSpectre, Sorry about the difficulty here! The game should once again be accessible for you if you could confirm for me :)

Just an observation; +1 for support.
Drespar, Confirmed! Game is reinstated! Thank you all for your help! I assume this snafu happened because of the accidental refund for the Monster Manual? I still need it but will address that separately!
Not a problem, just glad we could restore it for you-- I know it can be frustrating to lose things you work on! I have found the ticket in question and someone from the XP team will be getting back to you on that shortly :)
Drespar, Thank you very much for the follow up, my players are very grateful! I've also told them to export to their character vaults as a good rule of thumb now too :-)
