Trying to level my new Rouge from 1 to 3 and when the archetype comes up only thief is there. Very new so not sure how everything works.

What is available through the Charactermancer is based on what content you own through Roll20.  If you don't own any of the books here, you will only have access to what is in the SRD.  If you own the physical copies, you can just build your character by hand.
