One Ring- Play or LM

Hey! I am looking to get back into The One Ring either as a player or LM. Preferably a time that fits to GMT (evening or weekends) I have run the opening year of Darkening of Mirkwood and a short rohan based campaign. Message if your group could fit another player, need an LM or wanting to get a new group together. =]

I've played AiME before, but not actually TOR. Obviously, I'm *very* familiar with the setting, both in a literary and RPG sense. Still got good memories of MERP games around '90, for instance. How much of a learning curve would there be to pick up TOR?
Hi Pat, I found it a bit complex at first until I put it into practice and it all came together so well and was a lot of fun! Certainly up there as one of my favourite games to run. Overall I'd say it is rather easy to learn. I have recently picked up AiME from Humble Bundle and am interested to see how it compares.
Hey Chris, I would really love to join a new TOR game!  The time zone might be a little tricky, I'm GMT+10, but I'm willing to stretch as much as I can to make it work. I could make Friday evening GMT work.  Or I could make Sunday morning GMT work as well.

I already had the books, but the Humble Bundle was such a good deal, that I picked up the PDFs, anyway. Anyway, I'd be interested in seeing where this goes. A GMT-friendly schedule on weekdays works for me, even though I am based in the USA, since my work is based on eastern hemisphere timezones. Regrettably, I am already storyteller / GM / Loremaster for a campaign, so I suspect that I cannot afford the time strain of doing that for this one, but I'll happily apply as a player - and one that loves to contribute to the in-game stories and lore, where possible.
