[Interest Check][BESM 3E][Boku no Hero Academia] Interest Check regarding a BESM game in the setting of BNHA

As mentioned in the title, I was just curious to know if anyone would be interested in playing in a Role Playing Game in the setting of Boku No Hero Academia utilizing the B.E.S.M. (Big Eyes Small Mouth) system. Although the rules has a relatively high learning curve, playing it is intuitive and fun, and through it, there is a system that does limit it so that no one can make a "perfect" or overpowered Mary Sue or Gary Stu. Alternatively, if you would also like to narrate games, or be a GM, instead of/as well as play, indicate it down below. I kinda just wanna see if there is a niche for balanced gameplay as oppose to the usual.

@Elfy: 3E, 3rd edition @ShadowDragon; as I understood you from when I told you that I'll need to confirm such and such with other possible GMs, you insinuated that it wasn't worth your time to wait for it. 1) As it stands, this is not a West March 2) Why would there be an interview for basic entry into a West March? 3) Our first contact was 5 days ago, and I told you I would be busy handling things 3 days ago. Where did a week and a half come from? I leave out the more personal reasoning, but it was clear that you leaps of reasoning and ignored things that I explicitly mentioned.

But we shouldn't discuses it here we can move to DM's

Wait, is 4th really just a D20 system?  That just seems a bit disappointing in some ways.

Well, the original company went out of business and the owner became a realtor or something (though he probably retained the rights to the system).

Well its going to be 3rd edition, mainly since it has a free edition for public use, so everyone can easily access it.

I've played 2E and earlier, and while I bought 3E I've never played it. So, to be clear, I'm interested. It just depends on the day and time frame and other particulars. It's funny...I was only just recently thinking about my own student character for the MHA setting and was wondering if anyone was going to be starting up a supers game of some kind in that setting. I love superhero games =)
