Changes made by Gamemaster not appearing

Changes I make on my screen, token names, status symbols, movement. is not updating on players' screens and when I refresh my screen it resets almost everything I did to before I did. usually, only the first thing I changed is permanent. SPecifically Under Snow Flaked Peaks game
