Addon Not working.

Hey everyone. I had run Descent into Avernus for some players recently. After a few sessions, I realized that a few of the players were a bit new for such an intense campaign. They had reached level 3 and decided that they would like more of a dungeon crawl. I decided to load the Forge of Fury module which is an addon.  None of my players, when their tokens are dragged to the sheet have sight, no matter what I do. They can see their tokens, in total blackness, but nothing I do will give them sight other otherwise. Any advice on what I can do to fix this problem? I have deleted their tokens, tried to give them new tokens. The only other option is trying a totally new module and having them completely remake their characters. Which, lets face it, is fun when it is a NEW character, but when you are the same character as you have had for 4 to 5 sessions, it can prove a bit tedious. Any advice or recommendations will be greatly appreciated. I have tested with my players. Had them export and import to the new game, I have googled to no end, scoured the forum and simply cannot find a solution. I have redone their tokens and of course refreshed 200 million times (slight exaggeration but you get it.)  Please help?

Posting screenshots of your map settings, one of the character's token settings, and (if there are things like this) the settings of something that provides light to the map like a torch or whatever, would help a lot to determine what is going on.
Well, the short version is that I tried them all. As far as PRO features I mean. Dynamic lighting enabled/disabled, Enforce line of sight - enabled/disabled, Only update on drop - enabled/disabled, Restrict movement - enabled/disabled, Global illumination enabled/disabled. I almost never use advanced fog of war as that, combined with global illumination lags myself as well as most out, and otherwise, I tried fog of war - enabled and disabled, (which is just a basic, NOT pro feature, so it shouldn't matter)  I tried a new full session and have my players make export, but they can't. I am not sure why they can't export as I have clicked "Allow Export" and "SAVE" multiple times. Each time, I go into the old session, it says that I have "no" checked on allow players to export.

All I can say is that we would need how all those settings are set, to see any changes that need made.  Nobody can do anything other than guess without that information.  I guess another thing to check is to be sure you don't have Fog of War enabled while I'm attacking the darkness.

I didn't see anything in your listing about a light source. Is anything on the map emitting light? Also, Kraynic has the right of it. Without screenshots of settings, we can only guess at dozens of things that might be the problem. If you want to cover all bases: A screen shot of the map with a problem token in view. A screen shot of both tabs of the token settings of a problem token. A screen shot of the page settings of that page.
The tokens worked fine on all of the other maps I used them for in DiA. They just wouldn't work on the Forge of Fury map.  I did manage to get it working by deleting the tokens from the players sheets and remaking them using tokens placed on the FoF specific map.  There couldn't have been too much of a change in settings because the old tokens worked fine with their darkvision/torch settings everywhere else. *shrugs* Ultimately, I got it working now though, so I'm happy. Thanks guys!
