Follow up on https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8045714/cant-upload-audio (post doesn't seem to be getting any traction) When attempting to upload tracks to the jukebox, Roll20 attempts to upload for about 10 seconds, then seems to begin uploading normally followed by immediately snapping to "Server Error 500". - Occurs on all browsers (tested in IE11, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave) - Occurs with or without plugins disabled (I normally only run adblock, but that doesn't seem to be an issue here) - Same error occurs with both MP3 and WAV file types - A complete flush of cache and cookies had no change - PC restart also saw no change

Update: I opened the dev console while attempting to upload and after the failure, I found dozens of these errors logged in the console: GET https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/tracks/716805/AVFPaqH0WQJDXkSQdFu8MA/track.png 403 (Forbidden) POST https://app.roll20.net/audio_library/upload 500 I don't know if it means anything, but I attempted to take a screenshot of the errors and paste that here as well, but that is also getting the Server Error 500. I suspect that whatever this error is may have something to do with all the other posts I'm seeing about performance and scripting issues across people's games today, as many seem to be related to uploading / updating in one form or another.
Hi, I am also having trouble uploading audio. I am not sure if it is the same problem, but I was getting Server Error 500 at first then tried way reducing the file size in case that was related in some way. I cannot even post a screenshot of the error, as it says the screenshot is too big.
First time I'm a little annoyed with roll 20. Constantly getting a "server error 500" issue when trying to upload audio as well. What's the issue here? Just started happening, probably a server side thing I imagine?

Hey folks! Thank you all for the reports. I've escalated this to the dev team and we're investigating right now. However, to better understand the issue, would you all mind providing me the below information, please? Thanks! Your approximate geolocation (i.e. Los Angeles - California, Paris - France, etc.) Your internet service provider Update : It looks we may have found the issue and it should be fixed. Would you all mind double-check on your end to see if the problem is resolved and letting me know the results, please? Thank you for your patience!
Looks like it's working now! Thank you!
It's working for me now. Thanks a ton, guys.
