Hey, So recently i was running a game of Mad Mage with someone else's module and they had promoted me to be the GM. Usually all session have been fine until the most recent session where when I joined, I was joining as a GM/Player where i could still see all the tokens on the GM layer and see all the tokens line of sight but in the top left hand corner i had no access to the layer tools or the turn order or the fog of war mechanics. I tried to restart chrome and nothing had changed, I checked in a different game where I am the GM with my own module and everything is there for my use. Any help please as this makes running t he game much more frustrating when trying to make surprises with the hidden tokens when i have to add them manually to the screen even though they are already there as part of the module.
