Turn order tracker does not show everyone to players

I'm running a game using Chrome and several people commented that they could see only a few of the names on the turn order tracker; they often could not see themselves. As the GM, there was no issue. Then, in another game where I'm the player, I experienced the same issue, as did several others in the game. They mentioned that it also occurred in a 3rd game. At least 6-8 people have experienced the problem, which makes it hard to summarize their setups but makes it less likely that it is a setup issue. For example, in my game, The Cost of Magic, I see 9 names in the turn tracker. If I log in as a player, I see 2. We're between sessions at the moment so I have logged out and back in with no change.

Every time there is a page change the turn order needs to be cleared. The DM will continue to see entries from the last page, but the players will only see the entries on the new one. It started to happen when they gave us the ability to split the party, so that you could have two different turn orders for two different pages. In summary DM sees all turn orders, players only see turn order entries made on that page.
