An option to change default settings outside games.

I have played and created games here for a while now, and one of the most annoying things in my experience is having to go into settings each time to change around the settings I want to have for every new game. So what I'd like is an option outside the game where it would be possible to change the default settings for when you open the game the first time. My suggestion would be to add a link in the account page to a place where you can enter your preferences which become the default settings for when you create/join a game for the first time. Edit: I haven't found a way to do this but if there already is a way please let me know.
