The Nordic Kingdom (1)  Fiirthguard   , The Norse Capital Estimated Population:  One Hundred Thousand Ruling God:  Odin Common Races:  Dwarves, Humans, Goliath, some Drow Heir/Heiress : Thor Military General:  Tyr Culture:  Head of the Nordic Kingdom and seat to the mighty All Father. Here Odin watches and directs his armies and people from a throne made of spears used in battles won. The culture is a warrior mentality, might makes right. It isn’t uncommon for people to be challenged outright in the streets to combat, which lead to brutish slug fests and sometimes even death. While the ruling family all lives here, rarely are they found within the tall palisades that guard Firth-guard, nomadically seeing over all of their lands and traveling with grand navies from port to port.  The Capital of the Norse Kingdom treats all races as equals, so long as they work their worth and contribute to the progress of the general ambitions. The wealth is nearly equal across every face, equal taxes and living quarters for all within its confines leading to a sense of communal strength that is not seen anywehere else in the Panthea world. It is well known that the Nordic Longships are created here, where their dominating navy hails from to conquer the northern seas.   (2)  Frostforge   , The Coldest Steel Estimated Population:  Two Thousand Overseer:  Ymir Common Races:  Dwarves, Humans, Goliath, Giant   Culture:  Before the Cataclysm there was war between the gods and the Frost Giants, constantly battling in the high mountains as eternal rivals causing even the thunder to tremble from their clashing. Shortly after the gods fell from the sky, the Giant King Ymir and the All Father Odin came to pact agreement of mutual benefit, thus leading to the creation of the Frostforge. Run by Giants as the ruling class, this small town is protected by wooden Palisades that are encovered in ice nearly ten inches on either side leading to practical natural defenses. Within its walls are nearly a hundred forges, run day and night by the citizens and crafting the most detailed metals in all of the north. It is said that when someone reaches adulthood within this community, that they are given either an armor or weapon of their choosing engraved with the finest giant runes.   (3)  Fenrirs Prison Estimated Population:  80-100 Overseer God:  Tyr Common Races:  ???? Culture:  Very little is known about this place, other than it is where the World Eating Wolf resides, son of Loki ; Fenrir. After the Cataclysm the wolf was battled against for nearly a year, before being chained up once again by his old friend Tyr. The massive cave that houses him is guarded heavily by a century of the most prized warriors of Tyr's guard, the encampment often having scouts in the nearby hills and mountains to prevent anyone from drawing too near. Those who are occupied here for even a short amount of time, often are haunted by the howls of the wolf trapped inside...   (4)  Valkyris  , Home of the Valkyries  Estimated Population:  Six Thousand Overseer:  Freya Common Races:  Humans, Dwarves , Aasimar, Genasi   Culture:  The military headquarters for the Nordic people, led by a society of female warriors known as the Valkyries. Heading this fearsome outpost is Freya, wife of Odin and Queen of the snowing skies. Many of the warriors here are trained to fight in the frozen conditions, but also well versed in naval combat as well as ambush tactics. It is said that those who are born here and trained from a young age are also gifted the ability to fly by Freya herself, although that remains to be seen by outside eyes. Magic here respected as a gift from the gods themselves, often being taught to harness the cold environment to their benefit and even to some rare degree's the weather itself. Those taught to become Valkyries can imbue their weapons and those of their allies, leading to small forces of nearly unstoppable flying warriors. The most elite of these join Freya's personal guard, "The Harpies Hand". (5)  Widowbranch Forest  , Bark of Ice and leaves of snow  Estimated Population:  ????? Overseer:  None Common Races:  Mostly unknown,  although it is said that there are nomadic camps of Drow that roam them.   Culture:  The Widowbranch forest is well known for its constant snowfall and obscurity of light. Always in a frost, it is filled with creatures of horror and mystery alike. Few know about it, for even the ranger parties of Ullr are wary of entering its grip. The tree's are always coated in a thick layer of ice, preventing most creatures from climbing their height, and the leaves are said to fall from heavy winds and turn into frozen razor blades. Enter at your own risk. (6)  Twins Trauma  , Eternal Battleground  Estimated Population:  Two Overseer:  ????? Common Races:  N/A   Culture:  It is said that two dragons, who were once brothers rage here for the last twenty years. Half frozen waste, half molten rock, it nobody has ever dared to set foot on the fraternal battleground. Though it is said that shards of magical crystals dot the island, which when forged can create the most powerful weapons known to mortals and gods alike.  While this island is not officially  occupied by any armies, the Nordic Navy often assaults any who try to draw to near to it.

The Shinto Empire (7)    Rusensung  , The Shinto Capital  Estimated Population:  Three Hundred Thousand+ Ruling God:  Izanagi/Izanami Common Races:  Gnomes, Halflings, High Elves, War Forged Heir/Heiress : Amaterasu Military General:  Hachiman Culture:    High above all else, Rusensung is a mythical masterpiece even in such a magical world. When the cataclysm struck, the Shinto gods were wise enough to see the chaos that was to come and immediately banded together for the greater good of their people. Shattering off a portion of the main land, they then lifted it into the sky with unknown magics and created a floating city in the clouds free from the troubles of mortals below. Here technology thrived, and was the primary focus of the Shinto Empire. Within the first two years sentient creatures known as Warforged acted as their primary military, and automatons such as golems and clockwork constructs were commonly seen among their streets. The Shinto are the only Pantheon with both blackpowder firearms and advanced technological airships that allow them to courier from the mainland and back. It is nearly impossible to get to the floating city otherwise. Rusensun is an aristocracy that values intellect above all else, believing that contribution to their technological advancement is more important than physical wealth. The greater your scientific achievements, the more resources you are given often causing the greatest minds to land themselves on the city's council of Overseer's. This Pantheon keeps almost exclusively to themselves, unless a transport ship is needed to vessel people from the mainland to their own, which is only ever done under well inspected circumstance.
The Hindu Concord (8)   Svaysa  , The Hindi Concord's Capital  Estimated Population:  Two Hundred Thousand+ Ruling God:  Vishnu Common Races:  Humans, Genasi, Loxodon , Dragonborn , Changeling , Firbolgs Heir/Heiress : Kali Military General:  Ravana / Ganesha Culture:    Nestled at the base of the high arid mountains of the Naraka plains, Svaysa is a place of great wisdom and war alike. Vishnu believed that when the gods fell from the sky, it was their penance for their ignorance of responsibility. He was able to band together with those who were once his enemies, and create a city bore into the mountains itself as a place of both worship and peace. The city faces the ocean to one side as a remembrance to endlessness that is life, the mountains to its back as both a guard against their enemies and a symbol of their fortitude.  It is also the sight of some of the most mystical and awe inspiring enchantments, where items that would seem rare in other cities are more common place and less eccentric here. A massive Baazaar fills the very center of the city,  trade and haggling are a common practice within the Hindu Concord. There is no place more famous for its trade! The lifestyle within the city is very humble, as most extravagance is seen as a sign of excess that leads to greed. Humility and equality are highly valued under the rule of Vishnu, as he seeks balance within all things under his realms. The Concord military is led by two opposing minds, Ganesha for times of peace and protection, and Ravana should the time for war ever arise. It is through this duality, that most of the soldiers and warriors within the Hindu Concord are equally trained in both offensive, defensive, ranged, and close quarters combat. Truly fearsome. (9)    Karika  , Garden of Temples  Estimated Population:  Fifty Thousand Overseer:  Shiva Common Races:  Humans, Genasi, Loxodon , Firbolgs Culture:  A city that acts as a giant garden for all manner of flora and fauna. Much of the Hindu Concord's food is provided here, the farms both within and outside of the walls being shipped to their respective allies while also being a plantation for rare and exotic fruits found only within its borders. Much of the city is filled with temples, over a hundred dedicated to all manner of avatars and gods alike, allowing people to worship openly and freely within the walls. This has led to a high popular of monks and priests that are trained in many arts varying from medicine, to subterfuge.  Regarded as a place of great peace and respect, it is one of the best known safe havens for people of refuge. Because of this fierce loyalty to its citizens, almost every person that walks within the garden's of Kirika act also as its militia. Even the very few beggars in the streets, could be the most dangerous of opponents. (10)    Hanatas  , Heart of Flame Estimated Population:  Fifty Thousand Overseer:  Agni Common Races:  Genasi, Changelings, Humans, Loxodon , Dragonborn. Culture:   The coastal port city of Hanatas also acts as the primary military base for the Hindu Concord, training their soldiers in a variety of arts with a focus on passion and heat. Life here is very different from the other cities within the Concord, being ruled by the wise but fearful volcanic god Agni there is more order and militant law than in the more peaceful reaches of the Naraka Mountain range. A city of heat, in the northern parts there are many saunas and natural geysers  created from the volcanic bedding beneath leading to a restful district and haven from the hard work. The rest of the city acts as a constant training ground for the military, almost every soldier having weapons and armor designed to combat the most intense flames during their training. The magical focuses of this military have heightened adaptation of flame produced spells, as well as the elite guard of Agni known as 'Cindersteps', rumored to leave behind small scorch marks with every step that they take. There is a prominent shipyard here as well, producing the only flame resistant port vessels known to the world. Many of these finely crafted ships are equipped with advanced cannons than can shoot fire like a dragons breath, often captained by Dragonborn themselves.
The Greek Cities (11)    Thanatos' Chapel  , The Infinite Cemetary Estimated Population:  Three Thousand Overseer:  Thanatos Common Races:  All Races Culture:   A place of quiet and rest, the Chapel of Thanatos is where all warriors and civilians alike are laid to rest. Priests and Clerics often road the graveyard the spans nearly ten miles on either side of the chapel, singing songs or saying prayers for the souls that are laid to rest. It is said that here is one of two places in the world where those who have finished serving their time in life, may finally rest in peace. Thanatos looks over his sanctuary, often seen flying through the sky above the tombstones watching over all that is his to keep. Although under the territory of the Greeks, it is a place respected to be left alone by all Pantheons as a place of rest. If one were to disrespect these grounds they would not only invoke the aggression of the Lord over Death himself, but undoubtedly all who understand the sanctity of being honored enough to let die. (12)    Skepsil  , City of Splendor Estimated Population:  Fifty Thousand Overseer:  Athena Common Races:  Human, Elves, Kenku , Halflings, Tiefling Culture:   Regarded as one of the most cultural and civilized places in the world, the town of Skepsil is structured as a massive university. Philosophers, Monks, Priests, Scholars and mages from all manners of the world come here to study under the massive Library of Alexandria.  Many plays can often be seen as things like theatre, music, and the arts are highly regarded here as talents rather than hobbies, bringing some of the most jovial people to live here simply for the atmosphere. A place of festive acts and deep thought, there are hundreds of classrooms both indoor and outside among gardens where all types of information can be gathered. It is said that people could spend hundreds of years here and not learn everything it has to offer, and many plan to do exactly that. Those who hail from this place are often very stoic and well educated, living within the collegiate lifestyle often leading them a sense of community and respect. However, there is a rumor that beneath the city there is a massive Labyrinth , although this is mostly a Myth. Whether it be the Bardic College, the Library, or the many universities for magic and knowledge alike, there is no place quite as well educated as the city of Skepsil.  (13)    Cervakos, The Greek Cities Capital Estimated Population:  Three Hundred Thousand+ Ruling God:  Zeus Common Races:  Humans, Elves, Shifters, Kenku , Tritons Heir/Heiress : Hera Military General:  Ares Culture:    The pinnacle of Vanity, the city of Cervakos is often called "The illuminating jewel" because of the bright white stone used to shape the entire city. Styled in the architectural inspiration of the Colosseum almost all buildings have columns and spires and grand carvings even on the most common of houses. It is a place of great wealth and inspiration, home to the many children of Zeus and Hera creating a widespread city of fascinating people, places and things. From the Tavern known as Cupid's Kiss famous for its romantic roots, to the grand gardens of grapes that are used by Dionysus for his Vineyward the city of Cervakos has something to offer for everyone. The military is trained in the style of what would be known as "Legionares", even the frail mages being coated in heavy armor and almost all warriors being proficient with every weapon known. This led to a diverse and well organized military led by the tactics genius Ares, who is said to have never lost a battle even when faring against other gods of war. Many waterways run through the city, that act as roads for small ships and the common Triton people that make their homes deep within the well like caverns that run hundreds of feet beneath the city, trained personally by Poseidon in the hopes that one day they make gain their own navy. And of course, what would a Greek nation be without a Colosseum? A massive structure that can seat over ten thousand, and often boasts the greatest warriors for entertainment to provide the people with bread and circus. Cervakos is truly a beacon of prosperity, and is the pride of Zeus and everything within his grasp. (14)    Agnathiga  , Elven Haven Estimated Population:  One Hundred Thousand Overseer:  Artemis Common Races:  Strictly Elven Culture:   When the Cataclysm happened, the elves fled to the forests to protect the natural lands in fear of what the gods would do when they began their reign. For the first few years they managed to fight back all people and gods alike who tried to enter these woods, until a great hunter among the Greek people came and offered peace. Artemis, daughter of Zeus made an agreement with the leader of the Elven people that they may create a city of their own within the forest and rivers, and become the guardians of this territory and they alone. It is very rare for someone who is not elven to be allowed within the city, unique magics keeping out intruders who would try to infiltrate. Much of the city is a mystery because of this, but it is well known that it holds the best rangers and druids in the world who patrol the nearby rivers and forests, and acts as the bastion of protection against the Mayan forces nearby.
The Mayan Pact (15 )    K'uxkache  , The Heart of the Wind Estimated Population:  Sixty Thousand Overseer:  Kukulukan Common Races:  Lizardfolk, Yaunti , Half Orc, Orc, Goblin , Kenku Culture:   The Heart of the Wind, because there is never a second in this jungle village without high breezes that threaten to topple the trees should their roots fail them. Unlike the other Pantheons of the world, the Mayans did not elect a single ruler within their territory of jungle and marsh. Instead they chose that those who were strongest would rule, and hold onto whatever domain they could. Over time this led to much internal fighting, but toughened those who stayed within their borders and led to the most savage lands in all of Panthea. K'uxkache is a small village in what was once surrounded by thick jungle tree's, but was made as a nest by the great wind serpent Kukulukan. With his declaration of land, he flapped his wings and tore apart all life in a great radius, before gathering an army to build him a new temple, and village for them to live in. Well guarded by sinking marshes, cleared sights, and great winds that tear at those without the endurance, K'uxkache is a village for many of the more feral members of Panthea and has a tendency to be a heart of crime as well. (16 )    Chaalkta  , The Storms Birth Estimated Population:  One Hundred Fifty Thousand Overseer:  Chaac Common Races: Yaunti, Lizardfolk, Half Orcs, Hobgoblins Culture:   A coastal city built of stone and sculpture, the city of Chaalkta acts as the primary military grounds for the Mayan's, led by the mighty god of thunder Chaac. In this place it is always raining, with booming thunder overhead and the skies alight with whips of lightning that give it an almost fearsome reputation. This is a place where the warriors are held in high status over the healers and magicians, who are seen as more of soothsayers or seers than members of the community. Chaac has trained an elite guard of his own, simply named his Shock Troopers. It is said that wherever these warriors go, the lightning and rain follows them as obedient slaves, to the point where lightning can even strike their foes down from the sky. Their port is one of great trade, and the only place where the pirates of Hardhook are willing to do business with...at a price.
(17)  The Lair of Arachne Estimated Population:  Unknown Overseer:  Arachne Common Races:  Unknown Culture:   Not much is known about this location, other than it is surrounded by a square mile of heavy webbing. It is known that the spider queen Arachne rules here, although that is the extent of information available at this time.
(18)   Equethas , the city of balance. Estimated Population:  Five Hundred thousand+ Overseeing Council:  Thoth , Krishna, Apollo , Hun Batz , Chang'e , Chronos , Rama , Sol , Nemesis . Common Races:  All Races Culture:   Equethas, the city of true equality. This massive city is well known as the largest and safest city in all the world of Panthea. No matter which rule someone comes from, all are welcomed within these walls for a city that acts as a safe haven for any and all. A clashing of many cultures and walks of life leads to a very versatile city, with open worship being fully legal and a council of wise gods to oversee the government of the city. This city is the head location for many of the guilds, including the Merchants Guild, Bounty Hunters Guild, Monster Hunters Guild and the Mages Collective.  Because of this balance within the city, many of the ruling gods from other pantheons call it "The cowards nest", as they often lose people from their own numbers to flee to this place. Equethas has an incredibly versatile and powerful military, but all other Empires have agree'd that this would be a place of neutrality...For now.
