Cannot open Roll20 app on my Acer Chromebook 11 CB311-8H-C5DV

I can use the web version of Roll 20 on my Chromebook but for some reason the app is not opening. I did see a bug report for a similar issue from 3 years ago. Has this been addressed or is adding the ability to run the app using Chromebook in the works?

What do you mean by the web version, but not the app? Do you mean you can't open a game? I use my Chromebook on Roll20 all the time without issue other than that it is not really powerful enough to depend on.
Hey Ori, Would you mind elaborating? Do you mean that the VTT will not launch for you?
when I open chrome (the broser) and type in www.roll20.net. I can access roll20 when I download the android app from either roll20 website or from the play store the app does not open, nor gives me an error

Those are two entirely different things. The app only grants access to chat, dice roller character sheets and handouts, and is written for tablets, not Chromebooks. There are two main ways to use Roll20 via tablet: Roll20 for iPad and Android , the free native applications with player-focused elements like character sheets and dice rolling or Roll20 Table on Tablet Support , a Plus subscription feature which grants access to the whole of the Roll20 virtual tabletop via supported mobile browsers. Since you are a plus subscriber, you should just be able to fire up Chrome and run it from a tablet's mobile browser. Note, a phone's smaller screen may make this an exercise in frustration. I don't think the app will run (or is even intended to run) on a Chromebook)
Thank you I have an 11" screen so the web version is a bit small appreciate the information
