Why are maptools games being hosted on Roll20?

https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/13248/golarian-... This is clearly not a roll20 game... is it allowable to advertise for other platforms on Roll20? Seems like kind of a bait and switch.
Looks like a jerk using the fact that roll20 has a huge player base to try and recruit for a maptools game. Hopefully that is against the terms of use policy and the post will be closed down. Sadly I have seen this before in the LFG forum.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Daniel. This is against the ToS.

I wouldn't be so quick to call them jerks .... , these guys just want to game and he has his preferred medium. ... though Platforms have to pay the bills, so Kudos for defending it. i'm always amused when people get butt-hurt after a mod kicks them for something like this though. The reasons many of these tools don't survive is because no one is paying for them. Low technical barrier to entry is important, something which isn't really possible with open source. Remote tabletop is not exactly a new idea. An Internet based tool just makes it easier to build a good community, which is why Roll20 is so successful.
Maptools definitely doesn't have a low technical entry barrier.
