Animated token not working

Please, I need some help as my animated tokens do not work when put on the map.  When hovering with the mouse over the image on the Art Library they show as imported and they give the preview as animated, but after dragging it to a map it does not move and neither show the animate controls (play button etc. Thank you for you help. image
Hey Alvaro T. - Hmm, that's very strange. Would you mind providing me with the exact name of the game in which you added the asset and it's doing this? Additionally, the linked asset was quite large/complex and may be causing issues itself. As such, I have reduced and compressed that asset and sent that new version to you in a private message. Would you mind trying that newly edited asset and letting me know if it makes a difference? Thanks! :) Kindest regards, Nicholas Roll20 Team
Hi Nick; It doesn't work. I sent you all info in reply to the private message so you could check the problem yourself also. Have a great day!
Hey Alvaro! This is a wild swing, but go into Default Game Settings and check under Token Defaults to see if there is a Tint Color assigned. I once fell victim to a known bug that kept assigning a Tint Color even though I kept switching it back to transparent. It had the side effect of nerfing my animations just as you describe.

In fact the token color is set to black and I am not able to proper save the transparency option. After a hit the save button it goes back to black.  How have you corrected this?
