Charactermancer not discarding?

I’m trying to level up my character in the Charactermancer but all I get is this screen. I can’t cancel or discard and go back, and when I try to just go back to my character sheet, it goes back to this screen instead. This has happened for the past two days and on different computers.

Looks like you have the Charactermancer popped out in its own browser window. This is known to cause problems for the Charactermancer. My advice is to turn that feature off in your Roll20 Settings whenever you need to do something with the Charactermancer.

I have a similar issue. I have a charactermancer level up that appears hung up.  I do not have the new window feature enabled: But I cannot discard and exit: I can select continue but I cannot go back or next and have no classes or any other info populated:
