just now i have been trying to level up a 12 level war wizard. i get him to level 9 and try to go to 10....the apply changes bar gets bout 1/4 way across and just stops. ive tried it 3 times now to same effect. I tried a ranger and leveled him all the way to 12 with no issues. Can someone else try a war wizard and see what happens?
