Trying to find a group willing to teach me how to play

I’ve never played dnd before and don’t know anyone that plays, just moved to a new area so I’m mostly just working and at home. 

Well first off, welcome to Roll20.  What time zone are you? What days and time are you able to play? Are you looking voice only, video and voice, or text for gameplay? I would recommend putting some of this info in your bio section of your profile.
