When I press the "lock" icon in order to rearrange or delete items, spells or whatever in a Character Sheet, I can delete those items but I'm unable to rearrange them, they just don't move when I drag them from the "3 horizontal lines" icon. I'm using Chrome in MacOS, but firefox doesn't work either.

Is the sheet popped out into its own window? If so, try it with the window engaged. The toggle setting is in the in-game settings tab of your game, near the top.
