It would be nice to be able to set the default page settings for all newly created page. I have about 15 pages which I am having to manually change the settings (little gear symbol). It would be nice to be able to set the default for newly created pages as well as keeping the ability to change each individual page.

Hmm, you bring up a good point. I'll add the suggestion to the devs' list. Would copying a current page (one that you had already set to use the 'default' settings you wanted) work?

Yeah. That could help. I just find myself going from page to page turning on fog of war and changing the opaque settings.
