Roll20 Manage Audio Bug

So my playlists have gotten messed up adding music over the months.  I decided to clean them up.  I deleted the playlists from Manage Audio, recreated them empty and went through all my tracks and reassigned them.  For whatever reason, though I see a track once in this new playlist, when I add the playlist to game, it's adding it 3 times.  So I'm getting triplicates for every song in every playlist.  This is a brand new game.  First time loading in music. 

Yet another damn strange intermittent issue.   I finished resetting my playlists in Audio Manager within the new game.  I then added them to the game from Audio Manager and got triplicates of each and every track.  I deleted the playlists in game, added them again, received same results.  I exited game, came back in, tried again, still triplicate tracks.  Then I went to another game that I use now for testing APIs and added the playlist and it went into game perfect.  So I closed down browser came back into new game, added playlist and it worked perfect.  So something about managing audio within that game and then adding the playlists to the game was causing the triplicate issue.  

They are listed above.  Once I closed down the browser and came back in the problem went away.  However, I was making major changes to the playlists within Manage Audio, including deleting all tracks and adding them all back into diff places and when adding the playlists to game I received triplicates of each track.  I tried deleting from game and reassigning and the same issue kept occurring.  I then went to another game tried the same thing and it added playlist perfectly.  I then close down browser and came back in and the problem went away.  So this issue was related to make lots of changes within Manage Audi and then adding those playlists to game.  Once I exited game and came back, everything was fine.
