Who are we? A group of 4 players that have been playing D&D 5e together on Roll20 for nearly 3 years, having met through a series of overlapping games as players and dungeon masters. We currently have members in Malaysia, Russia, and the US! Age wise we are all in our 20’s and 30’s. When do we play? We are currently playing from 12pm(Noon) to 4pm Eastern in two hour blocks with a 10 minute break in between each half. Due to daylight savings time change effecting two of our players, this will change in the year to 1pm to 5pm Eastern time. In +0(GMT) this currently means we play from 5pm GMT to 9pm GMT. We play nearly every Sunday and have a very high attendance from the four of us, rarely missing any games throughout the year. We are looking for someone who is willing to have that same level of commitment to this time slot and day. Rotating DM Group? Together we have built the barebones of a world, with a large world map, some locations plotted out for our own purposes and a lot of empty territory for fresh story and development. For roughly 3-5 weeks one of the group runs an adventure over the course of these sessions and is the DM for the party, they are in charge of any downtime and in game rulings during this period but as a group we also vote on some larger topics out of game that we can all agree upon. Some examples of this have included whether our world is High/Standard/low Magic in terms of technology and treasure, or what starting equipment a new pc might have if the are replaced or die during the previous adventure. If you join our party and your turn comes up to DM, you will decide how short or long your adventure/story will be and when it’s over you’ll resume playing as your PC in the next story. Our characters generally have 30 days of downtime between each DM so there is a lot of opportunity for Xanathar’s Downtime activities and other goals that a PC might normally not have a chance to experience.
