New Layer or Line within Dynamic Lighting that prevents movement but does bot block line of sight

I've noticed recently that a lot of AP's use maps that have bars blocking rooms. These bars allow players to see into rooms (like Jail Cells) but they can not access them. Using the "Draw Shape" command I can make Dynamic light for the bars, but players can still "slip" through them. My thought was to add a new layer or line type within the Dynamic lighting that prevents movement to those areas but still allows visibility. Thus things like Bars or Windows are still barriers without limiting information the players should have.
Yes defiantly.
Yes please.  I've encountered players moving through areas like windows and getting into areas to see far more than they should.
