Logs recording changes made to character sheets?

Hey all, I am curious, is there a way to check and see when a change was done to a character sheet?  For example, an item was added or removed or an Ability score was changed, etc; when was it changed and who changed it.

It could be done. You could set up a script to monitor and either report on attribute changes, or just log them to check later. But you'd have to decide how much you wanted to monitor - do you really want to track every change in hp, etc.? You could exempt some stats from monitoring, or just choose specifically which characters and which attributes to monitor, if there's a specific player you don't trust...

It's also possible to save sheets as "snapshots" by using the character vault after every session.

So what I would like to do is have a log that records changes to attributes and equipment.  hp changes and what not change throughout a session.  I could try the vault snapshot and see if that gives me what I need.  Thanks!
