D&D 3.5 7-11 pm EST established game LFP

Hello. Currently I am running a game set in a homebrewed large world. We have been playing for several weeks now and we lost a player recently due to a schedule shift. So I am looking for a new 4th member to the party. Currently it consists of a druid, cleric, and ranger. Note this is not first come first serve it is who best fits the party composition. This is the player I am looking for: Necessary: 1. Able to play 7-11 pm EST 2. Able to play either Tuesdays or Thursdays (game changes based on one player's work) 3. Willing to play with a relatively new DM. 4. Looking a long term game (not going to drop after a month. Can dedicate to the schedule) 5. Skype and a mic 6. Looking to have fun! Optional: I am a big fan of roleplayers over power players. So if that is you, then you are more than welcome to jump aboard. Post requests below and I will PM out who the player is, or to several to skype if it is close to the wire. Next game is Thursday.

What's the level and what are you allowing of 3.5 material via Races, classes, etc. Thinking Half-giant (LA+1) Fighter first dabaling in Wizard(y). If you would allow, i'd like to remove the LA+1 on the race by removing the Power Points feature and the stomp feature from the race. Though he may seem like a Power Player, i'll be doing my all to RP the hell out of him as that's what i like to do. Thursdays would more than likely work for me.

I'd be interested in playing, I've played more 4e then anything and not too much 3.5 unfortunately but I can learn the system quickly. As far as schedule and dedication go time works fine for the forseeable future on tues/thurs.

Experienced 2nd Ed player/DM, never played 3.5, but I'm familiar with the general changes from 2nd Ed. I'll play anything needed for a party and find a way to make it interesting for myself. Fine with a DM trying to learn the ropes. Enjoy RP mainly, not a rules lawyer. Tend to play with the mindset of helping the DM/story as much as i can. Very laid-back. Schedule sounds good, in for the long haul. Again, have no 3.5 books and would ask some patience/help learning the details. Thx much, game on! P.S. Much respect for the large homebrewed world. 1. Definitely can 7-11, though mom may be upset if I don't get to school on time from oversleeping. 2. Both days work, more of a Thursday guy. 3. New DM? Perfect...now I can do all my evi- I mean, sounds good. 4. Character development and story driven is my forte...I have quite the sexy voice for my role play too if I do say so myself. 5. Alittle bird told me that one of your players up and quit from a hissy fit. No matter, Troll is here for you! I have revise my application, however, for there are some different things that define me now. They say I have dual personality disorder, who knew?! 1. If we go to 7-11, do we get slurpees? I have a craving for some cherry slush. We can go at anytime for however long! I hear they have decent hot dogs too. 2. Why not play everyday? I mean, we should enjoy life to the fullest anyways. But seriously, cannot play Fridays cause that's when I go to my bible studies. PRAISE JAYZUS! 3. Evil deeds will still be planned. That merchant has a nice wagon wheel...my nice wagon wheel. Do I need the wheel? FUCK NO. But it's not his anymore. 4. Roleplay is still over combat, though i'm a bit shy...even with the sexy voice. It IS sexy...just you wait buddy...be melting panties. 5. We should all fly/drive to a location and play there. I'll bring the funyons and dew. 6. You don't remember it, but we did have fun in the stall already. //wink #roofies

To clarify on what my current player above has posted I am running a d&d 3.5 game with a homebrew settings. The players are now level 4 but upon your entry they will be almost level 5 so you will need to make a level 5 character. Most of what is in the normal post still applies and there will additional help in character creation if needed. Also an edit to what is above, Tuesday/ Thursday games are the aim but do not always occur. With one player having a crazy work schedule we normally play when we can, so we are looking for someone that can have a pretty flexible schedule and is cool with the times. (and maybe can stay even later for longer sessions if everyone is game). Last time I was super busy and unable to get to every player but this time I will talk and try to give everyone a fair chance. Applications will be taken by PM or post for 24 hours from now. Look forward to hearing from everyone especially the ones as crazy as trollcranked xD. We're pretty close knit. We enjoy hanging out and poking fun at one another as well as the DnD of course. The sooner you apply the sooner you can come meet us. (and hear my sexy voice.) The heisenberg is waiting.
