Error when trying to update a campaign forum post

I have (had?) a post in my campaign forum called "Party Experience".  The first message in that post was a table charting the session the PCs received for each session.  Each week I go in and update that table with the session's XP and new total.  In order to bump that thread, I also post an image of a chart tracking their progress for each session. This week I tried updating it, but the chart would not save. It kept reverting back to the old chart when I tried to edit. I then tried deleting and saving - that worked, it was now blank. So I edited it again, but got the same problem - now it saved as blank instead of with my updated chart. I then tried deleting the top post on the thread and got a message that it was deleted. I tried editing, reopening, etc, but it looks like the whole thread was deleted. Ok, well, back to square one, I tried recreating the thread "Party Experience", but it then gave me an error with code:  e4d9a693f11443b9bdffd0cabf484164 Any help with this would be appreciated!  I can give a link to the campaign if needed, but it's the "Waterdeep: Dragon Heist" campaign if you're looking at my account. I have an older backup of the campaign from back in December that should have the forum post I'm talking about for reference.

Hi Nicholas. I just tried posting a new forum post and it worked without issue - title just "Experience" and post test "test"
