Some things to check for: Make sure you do not have a similarly-named campaign If the target campaign has folders in the journals tab, make sure character is not hidden. Check the archived journals for the character; it may be hidden Make sure target campaign has Vault Access turned on If you are creator of both games, try using the Transmogrifier.
