I've been playing various tabletop systems for well over a decade. I've been on Roll20 since 2013. I've lost count of how many campaigns I've taken part in. Unfortunately, campaigns that have gone beyond 5th level in D&D have been far too rare, let alone ones that have run to a natural completion. And it frequently has to do with the behaviors of DMs and other players (google "14 D&D player types that just suck" to understand what I mean). As someone who turns to D&D and other such systems for healthy escapism from a life that really is not going well and involves a lot of loneliness, that hurts. So it's time to try something different: Are you a capable DM who is similarly tired of trying to have fun with a group of faceless strangers only to have it fall apart?
