[LFP][V20] Camarilla/Anarch game - LARP Style

I've been running a Camarilla game for the past 6 months or so and the first story is done. I'm currently searching for players who would be interrested in joining the world of vampire in a LARP style way. Each game (every other sunday, 10AM EST) has a 1 week downtime in between, where players can do downtime actions to advance the plot or their own goals (depending on the player). Every game will be a meetup of some sort between all the players. I'm using discord for voice and text capacity, and will have multiple voice chat for the games named according to where they are. The catch is, no new characters. There is loads of NPCs in the city that a new player can claim (2 Toreadors, 2 Ventrues, 3 Brujahs, 3 Caitiffs, 1 Giovanni, 1 Malkavian, 1 Nosferatu, 1 Gangrel, 1 Ravnos, 2 Tremere, 1 Daughter of Cacophony). One would start with 50xp and will be able to take merits/flaws to flesh out their now characters. If you have any questions, post them here. I'll be happy to answer them. ---Setting--- The year is 2024, soon in the future. We have iPhone XV on the market, the tech is a little bit more advanced than today, but some things are still out of reach. VR and AR are cheaper. Phones and data is everywhere. The city of Montreal is currently ruled by a Toreador Ancillae named Ulysse Gayon, and backed by his old coterie mates. The city is divided in 4 large area between the Prince and the 3 Primogen (Tremere, Brujah & Nosferatu). The city is welcoming of the following independant clans: Giovannis, Ravnos, Assamites & Gangrels. The Caitiff are officially tolerated by the Prince.
Clarification, Larp style or Larp rules?
LARP style, hence the V20 ruleset.
