Can't drag and drop images into roll20

Tried searching for a solution to this as a number of other users have had the issue, but I never saw anyone find a solution. Suddenly I can't upload images via dragging and dropping (either onto character sheets or the virtual tabletop/map). Whenever I try, I get a 'crossed circle/no' cursor. I've been using roll20 for years and never had this issue until now. I'm a Pro user and well underneath my Storage Limit. This issue is happening in both Chrome and Firefox.

Hello JJ G., Please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser .  Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox.  It sounds as though you've completed this step. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20.  Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache.   If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Did the issue get resolved? only question i have were u trying to do it while others were in game i know alota times its hard to edit sheets with multiple ppl logged into a game. Also when last time u cleared chat archive that can cause issues also lag wise.
