The optional ability to add assets to the dark areas of Fog of War and Dynamic Light

Right now the player see only darkness whenever either of these options are turned on, and this is usually completely functional, and in many cases preferable. But this can make it very difficult to make out what an object actually is for the players, who can only get a partial look at it. So for example, if one could treat the darkness as another layer for assets one could for example place a duplicate of the map on it, for example a town map with roofs over the base map with interiors. One could do a lot with this, placing certain tall objects on it that the player should be able to see from a distance over other objects, craft illusions that make the world look strange and corrupted untill the players get a better look or simply place compass or markers that let the players orient themselves in relation to the world. Anyway, thank you for your time.
