I have a couple players possibly interested depending on the logistics of such a thing ! We're long time veteran players, but we tend to go for the more underdog approach to the game: Are we interested in polishing a glorious orlcaicum phallus - not so much. Do we like to take up the roles of god blooded, sidereal in over their head and other unsung heroes, you bet ya! - You should pick a day and time, and at this point it looks like you've got more pepole willing to sign up than you've got room to hear it. - Pick a venue too, text chat based or voice ? (I'd highly recommend text, as it lets you get in the expressive aspects necessary for a game like exalted and also doesn't alienate the hearing impared and/or cripplingly shy). - Pick what sort of supplimental platform you want to work with. Roll20 is great but you sometimes need other resources like a group skype chat, google hangout or even just some google docs to share extra information that you don't want to have to dig around in Roll20 for. As it regards 2.5: I'd highly recommend it! It's not without it's problems but it solves a whole lot more than it causes. Chiefly: - Bonus stacking, no adding all the dice to one roll thanks to this and that and this ring and this charm to have a DV that would make the UCS weep. - Fixed splats: Sidereal, I'm looking at you. Their charms were almost entirely redone and it's now possible to play them without the charms feeling leftover copy/paste from first edition. - Fare thee well "Paranoia Combat" - No more "All the perfects" since they added a HEFTY surcharge to perfect defenses. - Weapon rebalancing - They tuned down numbers where needed and gave everything a healthy dose of Overwhelming dice. Also minimum damage is ONE, so overwhelming actually makes a difference ! - Combos are a thing of the past: HURRAY ! You can now use any charm with any other charm in a way that's combo legal. No wasting WP on a round of WTFBBQ or punishing the guys who decide to spread out their charms instead of focusing in the one true blow of stabination !
