Allow GM to set Next Game time

Currently, only the Creator of a campaign has the ability to set the Next Game time. Allowing anyone with the GM role to set the time would be a nice QOL change, especially for campaigns where the Creator is not the GM. (I'm a bit surprised that I could find no mentions of this in the forum or bugtracker, but perhaps my searchbar-fu is lacking.)

Makes sense and would be a good quality-of-life change like colony6 said.  I would like to see this combine in an overhaul of Game Scheduling / Calendar / Announcement / Roster / Attendance features, as there are some different but related Suggestions active too on those kinds of search terms. Yours sounds like an relatively change if it comes by itself though.
