Campaign Issue

Hello, I am new to roll20 and am having an issue with the client realizing I played in a campaign. I used a different email to enter the googleplus hangout than I used for my roll20 account and am now unable to access the campaign, as roll20 does not have me as being a member of a campaign. I entered the hangout via a hyperlink from the GM

Do you see the campaign if you click on Virtual Tabletop link at the top left?

Hangouts will sometimes create a new account and not have it list in roll20. This has happened before and it requires a mod/dev's help to get it worked out.

I think so but that is up to the mod or dev to discover for sure. What is the primary method for contacting devs for this site?

Get a hold of Gauss, Kristin, or one of the other mods before trying to reach dev. The mods will be able to help. They will need some info and they know which dev to contact.

It's ok, They will either respond to your bug post or you can click on a mod's name in any post to go to their profile and pm through that. There are a few other ways but those are the easist.
