I'm seeing it in the Monster Manual, the SRD and in a compendium drag. To make sure you aren't looking at an altered version, I would suggest deleting any copies from your game and re-importing. If you have a version in your game that somehow had that attack erased, a Compendium drag will only place your resident copy, not a fresh compendium version.
