Issues with campaign identification

Hello, I am having an issue with Roll20 not knowing that I am in a campaign despite me playing it. I have a roll20 account with a yahoo email ( have switched it to my G+ email since ). I created a gmail to enter the G+ hangout and played my campaign quite well, however, after I exit, roll20 account does not identify me as having a campaign. Any assistance is appreciated.

If I understand your description, may I ask, are you clicking on "My Campaigns" link in Roll20 in the blue header, and this is where you do not see the campaign you played in listed? That link, "My Campaigns" shows the campaigns of which you are the GM. It hides the ones of which you are only a Player not GM. Click on "Virtual Tabletop" at the top-left (in the grey header), when you are logged in Roll20, to see all the campaigns in which you are a Player or a GM.

Gold, the "My Campaigns" link leads you to a page with a toggle button "Campaigns You've Created" / "Campaigns You've Joined". It defaults to the Created list, but you can simply click the other to get the other campaigns.

The way I understand the OP, he has two accounts now. Hangouts will sometimes create a new account and not have it list in roll20. This has happened before and it requires a mod/dev's help to get it worked out.
I do not have acess to any campaign when viewing the virtual tabletop, even under the campaigns you have joined section.
I will see if I can possibly contact a dev about that other part as well, question? is what you guys are saying that, when I opened the roll20 app in the hangout, it made a roll20 account based on that email adress, if so that kind of makes sense. Also, thanks for repsonses guys.

Get a hold of Gauss, Kristin, or one of the other mods before trying to reach dev. The mods will be able to help. They will need some info and they know which dev to contact.

Hey, Azhek. Sounds like this is probably a case of accidentally having two accounts. PM me the two email addresses you've associated with your Roll20 account(s) and I'll have a Dev check to see if there's been an account duplication.
