Halo: Siege of Horizon. Actual listing with applications here .
Horizon, a relatively peaceful colony on the outer edge of the UEG
space. Untouched by both the Covenant and the Insurrectionist forces
beyond a bombing by Insurrectionists in the capital city of Ravenna
three years before the Covenant attacked Harvest. A single UNSC carrier
is stationed to protect the colony, recent Covenant attacks pulled the
rest of their defense fleet to elsewhere, mainly Reach which had been
reported under attack weeks prior.
The UNSC Charge of the Light Brigade and her Captain,
Ulysses McIntyre, have been charged with protecting the colonists of
Horizon against any Covenant action. Players will be taking the role of
either UNSC soldiers or colonists, ordered by Captain McIntyre to
investigate a missing UNSC Colony outside of the city of Ravenna as
either a soldier or a guide for the fireteam. What does the group find?
Insurrectionists who have stolen a large amount of military-grade
weaponry? Or something worse?
This game will be taking place in a play by post manner. I have
listed 8 players but I am willing to take more or less depending on
desire. We will be using the Halo Mythic system. I am new to this system which is the reasoning for play by post.
I do intend to DM as often as possible. I don't mind at all playing
more often for certain players. This method will allow for some level of
split groups. I am asking for 8 players but definitely will take more
or less depending on desire.
I will also make a Discord for any OOC discussion as desired.
