Roll20 Voice and Video

Hello, community! I don't use Roll20 a lot, and it has been a long time since I've tried the voice chat and video options built into Roll20. I normally use Discord when I play online and I usually don't use video. Discord is always terrible quality and interrupts the game every time I use it. I'd like to use Roll20 if it works well. Does anyone use the built-in voice and video features of Roll20? How is the quality? How many people have you had connected at once? How often does it drop out or cause game interruptions?  I look forward to your responses. Thanks!

If you have 3-4 players, it might work just fine. I have had a lot of success with small numbers. Any more than that and I always seem to wind up playing tag with one player who cannot see or be seen. We occasionally use built-in, but usually opt for Discord or Skype.

Any video service can have occasional quality problems. Our group has switched services up to three times in a single session, including Discord. Sometimes things just don't work as well as at other times.

I've had fairly recent success with four players plus me using Roll20 video + voice. I'd say give it a shot, they have done a lot of work on it over the last year or so to make it much better than it was - worst case is you go back to Discord or another service.
I use Roll20 V&V in a one-on-one game but it failed in my 5 player (4 PC) session, so we use Google Hangouts for that one...

I'll probably try it.
