So this is probably a simple answer and it's probably just wait a bit, but since i haven't found the answer anywhere I've looked so far I'll ask the community. I just finished creating the v1.0 version of a character sheet for Mechwarrior Destiny (a currently closed beta rpg).  So it's a brand new game that exists in neither the game select drop down when you create a roll20 game nor the Character sheet selection drop down. I put in the work and read the tutorials and created a working sheet and submitted a pull request to the github repository which was accepted and merged earlier today.  Now i'm wondering what is needed to get it added to the game select / character sheet selection lists? Is there another submission process?  Is it added automatically the next time they refresh the lists?  Is there a known maintenance window when these changes are made? Mostly I'm asking out of curiosity into the process which is well documented except for the bit that explains what happens after a successful submit and merge for a new sheet (and I guess for an existing sheet how long the changes would take to apply to live sheets).  Secondarily i'm curious if my gm will be able to add the sheet to our game by our next session on Saturday. Thanks!

It will appear in around 24 hours, Roll20 does code review on Mondays and then pushed live the code on Tuesday. If there had been more for you to do, you would have seen that info in the process of looking at the existing instructions. If you want to know more details, I can tell you that this specific commit will is resposible for your and three other sheet will appear tomorrow. It's a small thing that Roll20 does as a final step before a sheet appears in the drop-down. There are some older sheets that have been removed from that list when new sheets have been created to replace them, so they can remain in the repo, but can't be selected any longer.
Thank you very much very helpful to know the schedule. Appreciate the response.
