Unable to expand an art tile while it is rotated

I am unable to click and drag the re-size box on a tile or art piece or background when it is not rotated the default orientation.
Indeed. I am having the same problem. When I try to resize rotated images, it resets their orientation to default and then resizes.
Just noting the same thing. Trialing making maps in browser and if I try and resize *after* rotating, it will snap the image back to original size and orientation.

There's also token alignment issues if you resize images that aren't square in shape and then try to rotate them. They'll no longer snap to a square, but will snap centered along a grid line. - http://community.roll20.net/discussion/625/1x2-creatures-move-strangely-on-a-square-grid-map
