[Weekly Downtime Thread][Fall I 1525 HC]

Please post any of your downtime activities below. You can find the full rules for downtime here . You can find last week's downtime thread here. Always remember to be specific about what downtime action you are taking! If you're leveling up type that in your post labeled as OOC! If you're looking into an item be specific about where that item is from, what mission, when you got it, who from, etc. If you write "I read that book I found" the DM is likely to have no clue what you are talking about. If you are learning a language, or tool make sure to write down how many weeks you have been practicing! This lowers the DC, and gives advantage depending on the number of weeks. Also a reminder that players only get one main downtime action per week.

Raven Tonks Rowan Major: Levels Up Minor: visits the bookstore in zobeck and talk in stilted Midgardian to the shopkeep, also seeks out a furry friend.   Hen Major: Levels Up Minor: practices using her new wings and control over her halo light. she also does blacksmithing jobs to raise money to pay back her small loan from Galena.  Theo Rendi Major: second week training with Thorkell on how to release his inner rage (Multiclassing to Barbarian week 2) Minor: trys to engage people in card games for money(like playing poker) Hadrian Darkleaf Major: Levels Up Minor: brings Demi back to the new Cohort building in Mytros, introducing her to Nara, and making "thier" room up in the new cohort. teaching Demi Sidhelien. ooc: can you make a token for Nara, the black wolf. please and thank you Thalia the Strong Major: levels up Minor: realizes that her skin has taken on a green tinge that matches her eyes.(from her minor azrai tainted bloodline)

Dragomir & Nalu Drago starts making sure the guest room is free for Shango and gives Kaevara free rein to do whatever she wants with the green room. She is free to come and go as she pleases but Drago asks her to wait until he can travel again before going to the temple so he can help. He makes notes on how Kaevara used the Mebhaighl to blocked Red’s breath weapon for later research. All his free time is taken bonding with Nalu, and thanks to her guidance are able to reach a new understanding.  Lastly during a rare break when Larmedylth is around Drago and Nalu approach to talk in strict privacy about her cousin Nyskira, The Brass Dragon. Drago has no anger or resentment toward Nyskira when talking with Larmedylth, but speaks with sadness and concern. (Might be better light RP but hard to book these sessions) “Hey Larmedylth, I don’t suppose you heard anything on Nyskira? He could have easily killed us out in the open when we left the temple but he didnt.. He took power from himself just so we wouldn’t interfere... I mean.. I just feel sorry for him… Like I think I kinda get it, he has lived since the beginning of time just like you. I can’t imagine how dull it must be for him, seeing the same thing over and over with no responsibilities or anything keeping him motivated. Must be really hard, I kinda think of it like what if I was alive forever but stuck in an empty tower with nothing to do, unable to leave, unable to die. Just makes me sad thinking about that for him, He has all the wealth but it means nothing. I wonder what changed since the time he fouth alongside with you all against Tiamat. When we deal with primordials we are warned that if you die to one your soul is claimed by it. It cant return. Dragon souls are different because they don’t move on they stay and are reborn. Larmedylth... Are you are all bound to Tiamat but because of the moon your souls can’t reach her so they just bounce back and stay here? So if she was ever released your souls would be free to return? Is that what it means to have the soul of a dragon?" OOC:  Major Action : Level up. Minor Action:  Speaking with Larmedylth about Dragons Souls and Nyskira. Orithar Trisk Orithar feeling closer to death studies harder to avoid such fate, the lack of a thumb for his weapon grip makes swinging annoying and the anger and shame at not being able to wield a weapon bring back memories of the Orog shaman calling him weak. If Orithars studies pay off he adds some magic to his spellbook that he has not been able to do up until now. Adding Banishment and Stoneskin from the spellbook found in the tower of the Indigo Star tower and Summon Greater Demon from the book of Summoning creatures from the shadow world that he wasn't able to until now. Spending 400 gold on copying the spells.  OOC: Level up, Minor Copying in Spells:  Fenris Nathair Fenris is able to get to know a few lesser known nobles of the Sielewode. Particularly Lady Elana Greyhorn. Fenris continues to strengthen his relationship with Lady Elana Greyhorn. 

Cedrych Cedrych travels with Korak to Binsada to meet with Elishéva (making sure to pronounce her name correctly) and get a general lay of the land. In addition to the Cat-tailed coin, he presents the Scorpion Stiletto to see if she recognizes its make. OOC: Cedrych levels up Salazar Salazar stays at Cordie's Tower in the Margreve. He makes day trips in to Zobeck to try and gather information about Jedza/the Spider Crone. He tries formal methods (libraries and meetings with people of import in the town) as well as informal methods (buying drinks for strangers at bars). Kazimir Kazimir returns to his forge in Mispera, which he is beginning to think of as his home. He performs his regular duties at the forge, mending and crafting tools or whatever the people of the nation require. He tries to find some quiet time to speak with Erlady Mispera and asks her if there is anything he or the Wings can do on her behalf. How has the Mark Graf of Berhagen responded? Has she managed to make contact with any other Ehrshegh leaders to form alliances? OOC: Kazimir levels up

Zahirah Ayad Major: Will be digging into records on the Void Dragon, particularly it's involvement with the Ki-Rin. She will be spending as much time as possible questioning other Cohort members on their experiences with this monstrosity and if it has exampled any weaknesses as well as any additional lore not specifically detailed in Cohort Arcanum records. Minor: Keeping close to Galena and Ki-Rin as after reading records of Mispera's ascension, she hopes she to restore Ki-Rin to glorious light some day. Nardual Robalar Major: TBD Zoktqua Major: Will be spending their time learning the language of Thylea (Advantage) Week 1 Minor: Will be getting settled at the Cohort Arcanum: Thylean Branch.

Robert Bossouri Rob will spend his free time learning the local language of.Thylia, Thylian. ( Week 1, Elee said this has advantage from the get-go ) Sithric Sidhefriend Sithric will continue on his belt attacked lantern project. While he had no need for it, his fellow Cohort members could make some use out of it. Not everyone was granted the privilege of being allowed to become one of the Sidhelian, and it was his duty as fellow Cohort to make sure they are not disadvantaged by this. However, with his last money going towards Zoktqua's now dead horse, he will have to make do with working on concepts and theorizing about it. To do this, he studies the architecutre of lamps, to find out where the lamps are the hottest and how long you can keep one lit until it starts getting dangerously hot. He looks in the Cohort Library to find anything that would aid him in learning the exact structure of standard lanterns. Or atleast one of them. As he sits there with his trusty foxin, he looks to Zeek, as the Sidhewair aprroached him. After he points to the bow, Sithric will affirm that he is indeed who he was looking for. He smiled slightly and agrees to teach Zeek how to perceive his surroundings better. In exchange, he would only need some minor help in looking for the needed books to learn more about lantern structures. ( OOC:  Will do quite some of the theoretical part on his belt lantern project, with the help of Zeek maybe. As a minor action, he will teach Zeek the perception skill. ) Shango Bayu Shango crafts a healing potion for Drago, as the boy not only saved his life, but used his own potion at that. He is still standing here thanks to him in so many regards, Shango can't help but wonder how he will ever make it up to him. Eirena Lightshadow After this hard, disheartening victory, Eirena contemplates the decisions she went through with in this battle. She didn't have to charge into the creature. What would she have done to it anyway? The beast was humongous and she only an ant trying fight a lion. She let the battle fever get the better of her and the price was her shieldarm. A dent in her melee capabilities. She would have to be more careful in the future. In all regards. No matter. The world was cleansed of a monstrosity and she was part of it. While she could've avoided some idiocy, she was ultimately a part of the party that took the Chimera down and made the world a slightly better place, thus. Holding onto that thought, Eirena could simply smile about the loss of her arm. A small price to pay for greatness. Together with her fellow wounded Cohort members, she begins the journey back home, to the Island of Fabrica, to her beloved husband and child. While she would probably get scolded by both of them for losing her arm, it was not losing her life that gave her relief. She would still be able to spend alot of time with the both of them, she was still alive. But it seems fate wants to put a dent into these plans. Her arms, her face, her neck were itching all over. Eirena felt uncomfortable in her own skin, choosing to try and sleep in rather than being awake to withstand this agony. She couldn't put her finger on it, but she felt like these pains are just the harbinger of things to come. Of changes, to her own flesh. "By Kirken, what is going on..." Every sleeping hour a nightmare. Her dreams are plagued by the silhuoette of a creature. It looked vaguely humanoid, humongous and was quick to change shape. Glowing red eyes stared her down every night of sleep. It's mouth unmoved, a phrase was uttered by it endlessly. Echoing through every corner of her mind. "Come my child, relish in my blood that flows through you." Not a day passed where she wouldn't wake up during the night, drenched in cold sweat. She told Savas what she was experiencing, but it never stopped. The itching got worse and her back hurt so much, as if it was about to fall off. Then one night, it all came together. A loud scream echoed through the room and the halls of the Cohort's resting places. Sobbing in agony, Eirena fell off her bed, as her back ripped open and two devilish wings sprouted from her back. Where her missing arm should've been, was growing a black scaled arm, armed with claws and emanating a horrorful aura. Black horns established themselves in front of her face, sprouting from behind her ears, and scales grew in the middle of her face and on her throat. The menacing Aura of Azrai, cold, spiteful, began emanating from within her. As all of this happens, Eirena curled up, trying to drown out her sobbing, but as the pain of the transformation left her, the shame of it all kept her tears flowing. After all, she couldn't change the fact that...   She had become a monster.

Elusive Major: Levels Up to 4th (I would like to ensure this is correct as he has had enough down times to level up three times now but one of them seems to have been missed) from the experience gained in mission 124. Minor: Securing cross-training path(s) to Ranger, as necessary OOC: Leveling up to 4th, barring unforeseen restriction(s); learning Crossbow Expert

Aloysius Rhinehart Spends the week researching the drawing of the magic circle found in the Two Peaks region, trying to decipher its origin, powers, and if there's a way to turn it to the use of the Cohort. Helvan Ori Helvan spends his time in the library, searching for new spells to expand his spellbook. Due to his weak constitution, he seeks for magics that can help protect and fortify him, keep his enemies at a distance, or help him get out of a tight spot.  Due to his primary interest in Abjuration knowledge, he spends most of his time searching that section, though he does look into Necromancy, Illusion, and Evocation, as well.

Diesa Gemfire Location: Castle Bardenhold in the county of Abbatour, Barony of Roesone. Major: Level Up - Diesa returns to her new home with Agatha, Prudence, Medi and Mamm home following the battles in Rohrmarch and Chimaeron. Now a veteren of four battles she contemplates her experiences and practices her magic in case any more such events should trouble Roesone in the near future (Leveling up to 7, taking 3rd level in Wizard) Minor: Brooding - Being all goth about her now azrai dominant bloodline. Galena bint Habivi Location: The Sanctuary Realm of Mispera - Comfortable Lifestlye Major: Galena spends all her time bonding with her new family; Matriarch Habivi, Amara, her other sisters, and as well the Ki-Rinn and her unicorn Razzy. In her few spare moments she continues to try picking up the Draconic tongue. (Learning Draconic Language, 2nd downtime attempt (+1 to ability checks from Jack of all Trades)) Minor: She also has a letter sent to the kallanon Dear the Kallanon, Hello. I been writing with Jerusha the Siren. You remember when we found that there was primordial worm worshipers going on in her country? Well now there are dragon ones running around there too she says. Thought youd probably want to know. Might be worth checking out in case they is tiamat ones rather than normal dragon fanciers you know? Oh and speaking of dragons. Kieran says "meep". She is doing pretty good. From Galena Aubrae Trevelyan Location: Rohrmarch - Modest Lifestyle Major: Having killed the usurper Alaric Rohr in the battle in Rohrmarch and heard of the fall of the young Oden Rohr in battle against the Chimera, Aubrae tries to help hold things together in the domain by rallying people to the memory of their brave, chivalrous, young rightful-king Oden, hoping to dissuade anyone from starting a new scramble for the vacant rulership just yet. Sabiha bint Habivi Location: The city of Mytros, on the continent of Thylea Major: Level up Sabiha trains to better wield magic here where it flows without restrictions. (Levelling up to 2, taking 2nd level in Sorceror) Minor: Sabiha also helps to set up the new Cohort's halls, having many helpful ideas of how to set up, layout and decorate the rooms.

Vincent Heron    Location:  The Halls of the Cohort Arcanum, on the Isle of Fabrica - Modest Lifestyle Major Action:  OOC: If he has sufficient experience Vincent levels up to Fighter 5. Having visited the Margreve for the first time Vincent spend his downtime learning more about this new land from the past logs of the cohort. If he is unable to level he will read  ' Faithful Labours of the Sea Captain ' which Ant has loaned him for the time being.  Minor Action: Vincent tries to find a buyer for the Teddy Bear construct and mysterious red potion he acquired in the Tower of Morning in Ariya.  Nils Ullstein  Location:  The Halls of the Cohort Arcanum, on the Isle of Fabrica Major Action: Nils levels to Paladin 3 - Conquest Subclass Minor Action: Nils sells his Chain Mail and purchases Splint Armor. 

Zook Major Action: If Zook has enough experience he will continue is barbarian training. If he does not, Zook will continue his training with Skag to be more acrobatic. ((Priority: Level up or train proficiency in acrobatics attempt 2. Zook has enough xp to level, so he will level up. )) Minor Action: At the behest of the Half-Org named Urg, Zook teaches Urg the ways of the barbarian like how to utilize his primal instinct and toughen his skin. This is quite a scene for anyone witnessing it as a small sidhewair teach a large half-orog how to utilize his rage. Zeek Major Action: If Zeek has enough experience he will continue is wizard training. If he does not, Zeek will train his perception skills with Sithric if he is willing. The interaction would be the following. While reading in the Cohort Library, Zeek spots a peculiar individual with a large bow. The young man was looking for books regarding "blueprints" for crafting a belt with a lantern attached. Zeek walks up to the young man and asks "Are you the one with the incredible sharp shooter skills?" while gesturing towards his bow. He has read every log, remembering the stories of Sithric's incredible archery prowess like his ability to slay creatures in a single shot. "Would you be willing to show me how you have such a keenness of your senses? Perhaps I can help you find what you're looking for?" Zeek gestures to their surroundings. ((Priority: Level up or train proficiency in perception attempt 1. Zeek does not have enough xp to level, so he will train )) Minor Action: Will spend any free time in the library reading.

Medi Eirwen Location:  Bardenhold - Abbatour, Roseone Having paid off her debt and ensured her friends are safe, for now, Medi returns home. Feeling it to be somewhat tragic that the new Konig lost his life in the battle at such a young age, she would petition Baroness Roseone on his behalf. If Rohrmarch fell into chaos from losing both claimants to the throne they would be no help whatsoever to anyone. If their ruler was brought back, surely the ruler and the whole domain would be indebted to whoever saved them from that fate, and would be a much bigger aid against threats like The Gorgon. If the Baroness does not have the means to do so, Medi would ask Prudence if she would be willing to help, to give someone else a second chance the way they were, using the powers of her grove. Otherwise she remains ready to defend her home and her loved ones if and when the need arises. Major:  Attempting to get Oden Rohr revived, to Roseone's gain ideally. Minor:  Resting off the last of her death penalty. Cordie Location:  Cordie's Tower - Margreve Cordie spends time in her tower, focused on the nature of the pixies she'd met and trying to will herself to become more like them. To gain more of the magic they use so freely, performing sylvan rituals among the trees to beseech the Margreve and other fey-inclined powers for their aid in this. In her spare time she gets in touch with the weaver's guild in Zobeck, having been paid to commission an item by a Cedrych Brightbough. While there, she takes the opportunity to ask if they could do anything with the Scitalis skin she'd found in the Margreve a while ago and forgotten about until this point (Scitalis skin found in Session 55). Major:  Level up to Warlock 7.  Minor:  Visiting Selena Harbeck to commission beetle cloak for Cedrych and ask about Scitalis cloak/robes. Tower: [1800/4000] gp spent

Skag Polavich Location : Halls of the Cohort Arcanum, Isle of Fabrica. Skag continues to train Zook, while continuing to look into what to do next.  (Minor Action: Teach Zook Acrobatics Skill) Yaara Mielahoney Location : Vespidian Hive, Harrowmarsh. Bzzzt. Yay! Zzee you zzoon.

Phage Phage will try to learn Thylian while she stays in Mytros. She will try to help the cohort get settled into the new base of operations. When alone in her room she casts speak with dead on her dead husband skull and chat with him about the past. After, she is left in tears having not heard his voice for years and the comfort of speaking of the past renew her mission of returning him to her. Major: Learning Thylian (With Advantage you said.) Minor: Helping the cohort with tasks they need done around the new headquarters.  Brognir Will go to Daikhar Zhigun and try to get an audience with King Kallon Pickbiter. He will give him his book that will help other speakers of Karamhul to learn the Midgardian version. He then tells the king of his travel to Miere’s to find Glaine. He tells him of a mine that is there but of the threat that if mined to much that it could release Azrai back into the lands. Which the humans are looking to mine it all, So the secret of the mine needs to stay a secret. Brognir can not keep his promise to King Pickbiter at this time to bring him some glaine glass after the king gave him a dagger of it. He then tells him of the battle with the other Dwerren he fought with and defeated the Chimmeron. The Dwerren are strong still and an alliance with all of us kind could only strengthen us against the evils of the world. Brognir then trains when he stays in Daikhar Zhigun and learns from the Dwerren there new fighting styles.  Major: Brognir will level up to fighter lvl 3 and become a battle master. Minor: He gives his book to King Kallon Pickbiter and tells the king some tales of his adventure. (OOC: I been wanting to do the king meeting as light rp for some weeks.) Grian Veles Grian feels alone and lost in the Cohort. His first mission had left him weak and scared of what is happening in the world. He goes out to the forest to connect more to nature. Major: Will level up to druid 3.

Thorkell the Tall Major: If the 2 battles give him 3489 XP he will lvl up as Barbarian. If not, his minor action becomes his major. Minor: Continue teaching Theo to become a Barbarian. Looks for a suitable prosthetic for his leg. Tries to get intel about magical means to regrow limbs at the Cohort. Nasir Al'Rahka Major: Nasir is looking for a properly paid job as hunter or scout. He wants to test his new gained abilities this way. Minor: None

QDarvius Meditates on recent experiences, and learns to focus his ki more directly. Leveling to level 8. Darvius travels with Korak to Binsada as protection, and to offer him support in his search for a link to the Cult of Tiamat. Thorg Thorg relishes in the victory of Battle having faced down the mighty Chimera, he anticipates many songs to be sung of his glorious battle. 

Korak (Hip Lantern Creation Week 5... Or Learning Glassblowers Tools Week  1, Khinasi Fame, 12 Binsada/10 Red Sands Renown ) Korak and a few others head to Binsada, he asks the queen for layline access for his stay to help with his craft and for protection while investigating a cult (Keeping this on the very down low asking to speak to her privately). Korak is mostly looking to get information about a certain coin and has a possibility of running into evildoers,  but while he is here will try to glean some knowledge into the glass made in this area that is able to be heated and cooled to such extreme temps without shattering. He looks for a talented glassblower that can create a enclosure to his specification using this to see if the hip lantern is possible with their craft, of course being vague about what it is for so his design does not get stolen. If asking for this without giving his idea away is not possible he will ask to be taught the art of Glassblowing and offers one of the many trades he has knowledge in as an exchange or just give the gold for training if that is what is wanted (Smithy (No Dwerren Secrets), Jeweler, Leatherworking, or Painting). (Minor Action: Tail Marked Coin Identification (Would REALLY like to do this in short RP if we can set it up) Korak goes to Elesheva one day around noon with the others that traveled with him when markets are busy (Darvius, Shango, Cedrych?), and has a general conversation with her about her daughter and how things are going since they last met. During this he is trying to tell if she seems to be herself and is not compromised, if Korak is confident she is still a friend he slips her a pouch that looks like it would have a watch in it. Inside is the coin found in the urkenhame temple marked with the tail, he asks her if this belongs to her gang or another in these lands. (Insight to verify if possible). If she still seems trustworthy he would tell her of the general threat to the world by Tiamat and any who serve it, for coin or for worship. If part of the cult is in these lands it needs to be eradicated and if someone is serving for coin they need to be dissuaded, turned to another goal, or have any Tiamat followers in their ranks culled. He asks her to disrupt messages, find hideouts, true followers of Tiamat, or assist in any helpful way so that the Cohort may strike swiftly against this world ending sect. To entice her a bit more Korak speaks of the hoard offered that said cultists would likely have been pulling a lot of money from. Korak makes it clear that this is the one favor he will ask of her for helping her daughter, he never planned on using this favor but something so dangerous to the world has appeared and needs to be stopped. He just asks as part of this favor that she make sure and stay safe and not get in over her head for this favor, Elesheva and her daughters life are more important than repaying a debt.  (OOC Knowledge from Wednesday evening session if Korak learns its the Scorpion Assassins being hired, Korak will mention to Elesheva if Brass dragon has been killed by Red and these Scorpion Assassins could be out of a job. He would recommend that Elesheva make note that their big money supply might be out of commission for awhile and to see if she can point them in a different direction if they are looking for work and if she thinks this is a good idea. A Vos woman named Chessa is having trouble with an invader named Nikolai and could probably use their expertise.)  Hedrin  (Looking For Leads on Margreve Minotaur issues that can be solved) Hedrin will continue to search for a Minotaur interested in going to the Cohort as a representative, and to do so he looks for issues that the cohort can solve in order to gain their trust. He asks around the village of the general goings on and asking about anything they have been having trouble with recently. The distrust of his neighbors saddens the boy as they have been living cheek to cheek for months now and he has been trying to be generally helpful. If they end up shunning him still he mopes off leaving his mother 100gp and a thank you letter saying he will visit when he can. He sends off his usual letter to Exaban telling him he plans on visiting home soon and that he misses him.  Tal Thrum He just takes care of the orphans and tends to his ladies needs. And providing his regional duties as her hand roaming around the province once in awhile taking in requests of the people to Myspera and weeding out the tasks that do not take precedent and solving what he can while he is around with his own strength. (OOC Can he work on a childcare proficiency ? Nothing really like it in skills but its something he would have)

Urg Hangs out with Zook learning to be a barbarian.  It would be quite the sight, watching a Half-Orog learn to get beat up and angry from a Sidhewair.  OOC - Multiclass Barbarian (week 1/2 Level 4)

Trouble Major: Trouble will level up to Lvl 2. Minor: He will study his new found knowledge of battle and war to see how he can profit from it.

Raven Tonks Rowan Raven visits Zobeck to see the sights. She improves her abilities whilst she is there, and discovers a Margreve Floating Whale-Bird for sale. This miniature flying whale sells for 50gp. Hen Hen practices her control of her powers, and improves her abilities. OOC: Working is a major action, but we can say you did some odd work on the side. Theo Rendi Theo finally gets the hang of his inner rage, and plays some poker during his free time. OOC: Level up! Hadrian Darkleaf Hadrian improves his abilities, and bring his new companion along. She is absolutely love smitten, and she immediately begins doing everything she can to look after him. Demi cleans, cooks, and generally does her best to impress Hadrian. She learns sidhelien during this time, and gets along surprisingly well with Nara. OOC: Level up, Nara token fixed. Thalia the Strong Thalia changes physically, but also her skills improve as well. Both from the battle (level up). Dragomir and Nalu Dragomir spends time learning how to control his powers with Nalu. He talks to Kaevara, a process that's difficult with her now constantly changing forms. Eventually she settles back down on her original form, but it's not clear how long that will last. Rather she listens to his words or not is anyone's guess. Larmedylth tells dragon "Drago we weren't the ones who sealed Tiamat. We were born because she was sealed. She is our 'mother' so to speak. I'm afraid when speaking of Nyskira they are... a difficult one. Don't feel bad for them. They could have died a long time ago if they really wanted to. They're... strange." Orithar Trisk Orithar studies, and adds spells to his book. (level up) Fenris Nathair Fenris stays with the lady during his free time, but unfortunately he at one point says something that she mistakenly took as an insult. After this he doesn't see her much during the rest of his duties. Cedrych Cedrych levels up (coin stuff was handled in session). Salazar Salazar learns that a man named Adrik is rumored to have brought someone back to The Witch's Teat Inn recently. Supposedly her name is Jedza. People are currently staying away from the inn, and supposedly Adrik's family have been scouring the city of Zobeck, and all the countryside healers looking for healing potions. Kazimir Volkov Kazimir learns that things with the Markgraf of Berhagen are tense, but currently they are not at war. However she talks about Tsarina Chessa Rodelovisk, and mentions that the two are considering forming an alliance. Apparently the woman is very interested in having an ershegh as an ally. Outside of that Kazimir practices in his forge and improves his abilities (level up). OOC: We have two Kazimirs now so if you could please make sure to include your last name to keep things easier on the bookkeeping end. He sells it to Raven for 250gp, and the promise of a future favor (assuming what I read on Discord is still true). Nils Ullstein Nils prays, practices, and learns the ways of his church. (level up) Zook Zook practices, and improves his skills to the next level. It's not too difficult with his good student Urg helping him out. Zeek Zeeks learns how to better spot things from Sithric. Other than that he reads in the library. Medi Eirwen Medi asks Baroness Marlae Roesone for help, she informs the alseid that she's looking into what she could do. Unfortunately the boy's body was so completely destroyed that there's no real way to bring him back from the dead without the highest levels of magic. Outside of that she gets some rest. Cordie Cordie communes with The Margreve, feeling its power grow with her. She also continues getting the work done on her tower. Eventually she pays a visit to Selena Harbeck and the weaver's guild to see if they might be able to commission something with the scitalis skin. They tell Cordie they might be able to do something with it, but depending on what she wants it will cost her quite a bit of coin. Cordie is informed by Floof that his people are potentially endangered, and he might need her help to save them soon. Skag Polavich Skag helsp with training Zook. Yaara Mielahoney Bzzzzt! Phage Phage learns Thylean. She then helps The Cohort clean things up, and has a touching reunion with her husband. Brognir Brognir tells the king his story, and passes on the book before engaging in training. The king isn't much interested in disturbing a grave of glainne in a far away land, but does appreciate the book. OOC: +1 Fame (Dwerren), +5 Renown (Daikhar Zhigun), level up. Grian Veles Grian connects more with nature, and deepens that relationship significantly. (level up) Thorkell the Tall Thorkell practices with Theo, and improves his abilities. He hears some rumors around The Cohort that the city of Zobeck in The Margreve has some stuff that might be relevant, but it's not clear without doing more research. (level up) Nasir Al'Rahka Unfortunately Nasir isn't able to find much work at all. He walks away with 72bp from the occasional odd job, but that's about it. Darvius Darvius meditates, and thinks back to his previous battles. His focus improves his ki, and martial prowess. Thorg Thorg celebrates his victory, and relishes in the praise and joy that it brought him. Korak Korak finds some talented glass blowers who can make the glass that he wants, but glass for the whole lantern ends up running at 600 golden stallions (200gp) per lantern. However it does seem like it would work, though it would be fragile if dropped, or otherwise damaged. OOC: You get one major downtime action a week. Doing research on the coin, glass building, cult, etc. is more than one action. I went with the lantern as that is what you listed OOC. We had a session where the coin was handled already. Hedrin Hedrin goes around trying to chat with the minotaurs of Zobeck. Most of the minotaur are rather jaded in current days as they lack any real representation on the city council. Even kobolds who are generally hated in the city still have some representation. It seems like allot of their daily struggles go unanswered, and they have no voice to complain with. Tal, Thrum Tal, Thrum helps out around the lands of Mispera, and practices looking after the children. OOC: I'm not sure something like that really exists. Maybe persuasion? Urg The half-orog, and sidhewair practice together. Urg learning from Zook the best he can.
