Turn tracker doesn't update when tokens are deleted

Turn tracker does not update when tokens are removed. It updates only when closed and reopened or when clicking the arrow for the next in turn order. 1. Add tokens if none exist 2. Open Turn Tracker 3. Delete a token 4. Token is not removed from Turn Tracker 5. Try to edit the initiative of the deleted token and enter does not confirm the update and the text box stays open. Probably not an issue though since ideally the token wouldn't show up in the Turn Tracker at this point. Chrome 18.0.1025.162, Windows 7

Duplicated on my machine (Chrome 18.0.1025.168 m, Windows 7) If I may add some further observations: After deleting a token, attempting to rearrange the current order of the Turn Tracker does remove the extra entry from the Turn Tracker. Adding a new token while the Turn Tracker is active does not add that token to the Turn Tracker.
