Try looking for them by individual name, ex: Monodrone. Nitpicky point, feel free to ignore: No Modrons are in the SRD (System Reference Document) released by Wizards of the Coast. They are in some of the books you list, and in the Roll20 Compendium.

It's completely understandable. Monsters that are part of a class of monsters (not the same as a type) often have introductory sections. These sections should be accessible standalone as well as engaged with the monster entry. Preferably at the top level of the book. Currently, there's no way of getting a list of all modron-class creatures. They are constructs, of which modron is a non-searchable subset.
