Journal management (especially combat) on large modules (DnD 5e)

Hello everyone! Sorry in advance if this is already answered, I spent the better part of an hour searching for an answer and couldn't find one. Moved our f2f Storm Kings Thunder to roll20 to practice social distancing because of the pandemic. The module is fantastic but I have the following issue. Due to the module journal having all the module info it is very hard for me to manage battles. When I copy a token from the token sheet it doesn't seem to copy the token into the journal. Also even with preexisting tokens it is a pain to roll up and down the whole journal to access them during combat. I have set up some macros to get most of the info I need through token macros (stat, saves, actions) but I still need the odd look on the stat block and I do not seem to be able to access it through the token itself. Also although its token has the stat block integrated I can't seem to access it through settings. I know that you can archive big chunks of the module but that doesn't help either since the monster stat blocks are on a drop down menu with all of them in alphabetical order. Is there a way to set a separate entry for battles in the journal and drop in all the combatants? Do you have another way to organize battles? I would very much appreciate you help.
