Shouldn't there be a "video only" option to go along with "voice only", "nothing", and "voice and video"? I still prefer to use Skype over Tokbox, but I do like having video enabled in the Roll20 window. Currently I need to have everyone enable video and voice and remember to mute themselves in Roll20.
