Vault Access Bug

I bought "The Sunless Citadel(Tales from the Yawning Portal)" because it said that the game I create with it will have "All Access Vault Enabled". However, it is not one of the options as an addon module during game creation. When I create the game then add the module on the game details page, the game comes up with Limited Vault Access. Going to game settings and setting yes for "Allow players to import their own characters" doesn't help either. Why am I not able to use my vault on this addon that specifically says "All Access Vault Enabled" on the page where you can BUY it on?

As the creator of the game, you should be able to import/export any character you want regardless of vault access level.  Have any of your players tried importing a character yet?  It may just be a labeling mix up (which would need fixed anyway), so have one of your players test it if they haven't already. With their current workload, you might consider shooting support an email also through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
