Problems connecting while in a campaign and Problem assigning character sheets

I keep getting an error while I am working on a campaign that I have lost connectivity with the servers and to not do anything major until they come back, only they never come back. Also I am having a problem with create new character sheets and editing them to assign to the players in the game. It says the character does not exist when I click on the edit button, even though I just created it and its right there. Am I doing something wrong? I just put the addons I have on the game, but that shouldn't change who the systems functions, should it?

Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20. Please disable all add-ons/extensions.
